Abstrakt

Badanie miało na celu eksplorację mediacyjnej roli stylów radzenia sobie ze stresem w relacji między stylami przywiązania matek a przywiązaniem matczyno-płodowym (MFA). Próbę stanowiło 191 kobiet w ciąży, które wypełniły trzy kwestionariusze: Inwentarz Radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych (CISS) do oceny stylów radzenia sobie, Kwestionariusz Stylów Przywiązania (ASQ) do pomiaru przywiązania matczynego oraz Skalę Przywiązania Matczyno-Płodowego (MFAS) do oceny emocjonalnej więzi z nienarodzonym dzieckiem. Wyniki pokazały, że style radzenia sobie w pełni mediowały relację między bezpiecznym przywiązaniem a MFA. Matki z bezpiecznym stylem przywiązania częściej stosowały style radzenia sobie ukierunkowane na zadanie, co wiązało się z silniejszym przywiązaniem prenatalnym, a rzadziej korzystały ze stylów skoncentrowanych na emocjach i unikania, które osłabiały MFA. W przypadku przywiązania unikowego i lękowego radzenie sobie zadaniowe w pełni mediowało ich negatywny wpływ na MFA. Jednak radzenie sobie skoncentrowane na emocjach nie mediowało istotnie relacji między przywiązaniem unikowym a MFA, podobnie jak radzenie sobie skoncentrowane na unikaniu nie mediowało relacji między przywiązaniem lękowym a MFA. Interwencje wspierające adaptacyjne radzenie sobie mogą przynieść korzyści kobietom z niepewnymi stylami przywiązania.
