The issue of touch in the context of considerations on the dignity of the human body

Abstract

The aim of article is to describe the role of touch in the formation of relationships. The basis for discussion is the position of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church concerning the value and dignity of the flesh of the human person. Scientific data from the research presented in this article confirms that the touch is a key role for the proper development of interpersonal relations, especially in the family environment. In addition, touch allows the most appropriate way to express affirmation of the man, understood as a unity of soul and body.
