Abstract
The article focuses on a capability of using coaching methods when working with families. Choice of a proper anthropology dimension is a crucial factor due to present relativism ideology that often takes the form of reducing anthropology and divests man of his subjectivity. Coaching is a new tool that is becoming more and more popular, also when working with family. Every action towards another human being, and especially directed at his development, assumes an anthropological vision in the background. In the face of all types of coaching, one should be able to recognize, in the key of integral anthropology, the false and true ideas contained in them. It seems that there are relatively few coaching proposals reaching the deepest human needs and desires, let alone the deepest anthropological (spiritual-personalistic) structures of a human being, especially interested in his internal development. Working with a family with the use of coaching in the context of integral anthropology will therefore focus on a deeper vision of the family, understood as a community of people.
