Abstrakt

Przywiązanie matczyno-płodowe odnosi się do emocjonalnej i poznawczej więzi, jaką kobieta w ciąży rozwija ze swoim nienarodzonym dzieckiem, co wpływa zarówno na zachowania związane z opieką prenatalną, jak i na późniejsze budowanie więzi matki z noworodkiem. Celem niniejszego badania było zidentyfikowanie mechanizmów psychologicznych wpływających na przywiązanie matczyno-płodowe, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stylów przywiązania matek, aleksytymii oraz objawów depresyjnych, przy zastosowaniu modelu mediacji seryjnej. Próba badawcza objęła 173 kobiety będące w drugim i trzecim trymestrze ciąży. Wyniki wykazały, że style przywiązania matek – bezpieczny, lękowy i unikający – istotnie wpływają na emocjonalną więź z nienarodzonym dzieckiem, przy czym aleksytymia i objawy depresyjne pełniły funkcję sekwencyjnych mediatorów w tym procesie. Styl bezpieczny wiązał się z niższym nasileniem aleksytymii i objawów depresyjnych, co sprzyjało silniejszemu przywiązaniu matczyno-płodowemu. Z kolei style lękowy i unikający były związane z wyższym poziomem aleksytymii i objawów depresyjnych, co osłabiało przywiązanie matczyno-płodowe.
