Abstract
Bolesław Leśmian in his work refers to metaphysical values. In his texts he speaks of theexistence of the supernatural world and God. Interpreters accuse Leśmian of expounding a pantheisticvision of God which runs contrary to that worked out by Christianity, , or is a kind of mysticism andappreciation of the value of faith and religion. The poet's attitude to the world is inspired by thephilosophy of Henri Bergson, which opens new possibilities for interpretation. Leśmian in search ofanswers about the value of the world does not reject the presence of God, but gives him a specific rolein the world. He shows his presence and qualities: guardianship, mercy, also indicates his severity anddistance. The poet in his magical idea conjures up the principles of religion, love and God's existence.
