Abstract
The wave of terrorism passing through almost all European countries and the increase of awareness of abuse against the other person cause that European countries have to face the challenge of providing professional assistance to the victims. France is a precursor in the field of support and assistance to victims. Societies providing free psychological and legal help are in every department and are united in a federation led by France Victimes. The organization combines and coordinates the work of local centers, conducts trainings, a telephone platform, undertakes international cooperation and on the territory of the country. Thanks to this structure and actions taken, the victims have quick access to information, assistance and support provided by professionals in one place. All help is based on dialogue with the client.References
