Abstract

A breast cancer is associated with life threatening, experiencing many negative consequences of this disease, including changes in body image. Breasts are a very important area in
a woman's body, which is an attribute of her femininity, fertility and motherhood. Breast cancer as
a potential traumatic event can be accompanied by negative reactions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or positive changes such as post-traumatic growth (PTG).
